Machinery for working on fabrics

Production

We manufacture each material in-house, combining process control with decades of coated-fabric expertise.

PRECISION MANUFACTURING SHAPED BY EXPERIENCE

Production is not outsourced or fragmented. Every faux leather is manufactured at our Lancashire facility, where coating, embossing and finishing are managed under one roof.

This vertical control allows us to maintain consistency, traceability and repeatable quality across every batch produced.

Built on experience
Built on experience, backed by modern process

Our production facility spans generations of coated-fabric expertise, combining established process knowledge with modern coating technology.

Each material begins with a carefully selected base cloth, followed by controlled application of a technically developed vinyl coating. Embossing and finishing processes are calibrated to maintain uniform surface definition and structural integrity.

Process Control
Process control and traceability

Consistency is fundamental to specification and reorder confidence.

Batch tracking, formulation control and structured quality checks are embedded throughout our production workflow. This ensures that materials supplied today can be reliably matched and reproduced in the future.

For sectors requiring documented compliance, traceability supports audit clarity and project assurance.

Skilled manufacturing teams
